Are you sure you are following the instructions properly? Sort of weird because 'cmd. I cannot seem to find a way to change the permissions on it. States that it is a read only system file. I tried this in Windows 10 and using the Puppy Linux it will not let me rename the cmd. Yes it works,provided that the sticky keys are turned on.
